Job Description:
- Make monthly report of warranty claim and warranty service from dealer to supplier
- monitoring the payment of warranty claim from supplier
- Make warranty claim letters (PWC) to dealers
- Input warranty claim from dealer to IDS system
- Maintain data claim payment from supplier
- Process the payment to dealer for approved warranty claim
- Make monthly warranty report
- Temporary staff (4 months contract) to replace employee in matternity leave
- Candidate must possess at least a SMU, Diploma, any field
- Good passion in administrative duties
- Applicants must be willing to work in Jatake – Tangerang
- No work experience required
