System Engineer
- 3+ years with Linux system administration
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience is required
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Have good knowledge Restful API, Cloud Computing and PostgreSQL/MySQL or XMPP
- Working knowledge of Virtualization technologies such as KVM and Proxmox
- Day-today experience in Backup/ restoration technologies
- System and Application monitoring tools experience ( SNMP, Cacti, Icinga)
- Shell scripting
- Experience with Java, Nginx, Tomcat, JIRA , Git, Bind or ejabberd
- Network troubleshooting and security skills are plus
- Able to perform RCA, risk/failure assessment to ensure products meet its reliabilities
- Performance analyzing skill sets, capacity management and debugging skills required
- Demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or in a team
- Innovative problem solver willing to search for creative
Service Analyst
- Understanding of the end-to-end software life cycle, operational and support procedures and processes
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience is required
- Quality oriented with a commitment to continuous improvement
- At least 1 year of experience working in software development team
- Min 1 year experiences in Software Testing Mobile Apps testing is an advantage
- Experience in managing vendor providing application support is an advantage
- Able to communicate issues to vendor and clients. Ability to explain technical issues at all levels to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Sense of urgency to get incidences resolved and closed
QA - Software Quality Engineer
- Can code properly in Java/C/C++. This mean you can solve topcoder.com (Div II level 250) or hackerank.com (Algorithm-easy) questions
- Understand the importance of product quality and reliability
- Familiar with Android/iPhone phone applications
- Ability to understand user behavior to properly create test scenarios
- Good communication, collaboration and reporting skill
- Self-motivated and fast learner because there will be so much to learn
Samsung Global Software Engineer
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information System, Information Technology, Software Engineering and Electrical Engineering, Math, Physics, from Reputable Universities
- Experiences in Java or C/C++ programming languages
- Experiences on software construction and unit test
- Strong understanding on mobile and web technologies
- Strong understanding logic, algorithm and data structure concepts
